Clear terms for clear work.

These Terms of Service apply when a customer uses TaskUnload LLC's website, submits or accepts a service request, purchases a project or recurring service, or otherwise engages TaskUnload to perform business services.

Service scope

TaskUnload provides services according to the scope presented or otherwise agreed for the request. The accepted scope may identify the service, deliverables, volume, systems involved, timing assumptions, price, deposit, recurring amount or other project terms.

Pricing and payment

Where payment is required, the applicable price, starting price, deposit or recurring amount is presented before payment or confirmed through a custom scope. A displayed estimate or starting point is not a promise to perform materially larger or different work for the same amount. Third-party processing fees or authorized outside costs may be handled separately when disclosed.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, timely files, approvals, lawful instructions and the authorized access reasonably needed to perform the agreed work. Delays in required customer information, access or approvals may delay the project or place it on hold.

Secure account access

Customers should not email passwords or enter passwords into ordinary public intake forms. When account access is needed, TaskUnload may request an authorized invitation, delegated access, role-based account, OAuth connection or another appropriately limited access method.

Scope changes

Materially larger volume, additional systems, extra deliverables, changed facts or new requirements may require a revised scope and additional payment. TaskUnload will seek customer approval before performing additional billable work outside the accepted scope.

Cancellations and refunds

A full refund is available before substantive work begins. Once substantive work begins, payments are generally non-refundable because TaskUnload has committed time, capacity, resources or project work. If TaskUnload makes an error within the agreed scope, TaskUnload will work to correct it at no additional charge. If TaskUnload materially fails to deliver the purchased scope and cannot reasonably correct the issue, an appropriate remedy may be provided. Recurring services

For recurring services, customers may cancel future renewals before the next billing date. Fees for a current service period are generally non-refundable once that service period has begun, unless TaskUnload is unable to provide the agreed service. Any recurring scope, frequency and renewal terms should be reviewed before the first payment.

Third-party tools and services

Some work may depend on software, platforms, vendors or systems controlled by third parties. TaskUnload is not responsible for a third party's independent outages, policy changes, account restrictions, pricing changes or actions, but will communicate material issues that affect the agreed work when reasonably possible.

Professional-service boundaries

Bookkeeping and financial administration support does not by itself constitute tax, audit, legal, investment or other regulated professional advice. Document preparation support is not legal advice. TaskUnload will not represent a service as regulated professional work unless appropriately authorized to provide it.

Technology-assisted service delivery

TaskUnload may use appropriate software and service providers to organize information, support analysis, prepare materials and manage workflows. These tools do not change the agreed customer scope or TaskUnload's responsibility for managing the service it agreed to provide.

Confidentiality and customer materials

TaskUnload will use customer-provided information and materials for the purpose of performing and administering the requested services and related business operations. Customers should provide only information they are authorized to share and that is reasonably necessary for the work.

No guaranteed business outcome

TaskUnload commits to the agreed scope of work, not to a guaranteed revenue, profit, customer-acquisition, financing, legal, tax or other business result that depends on factors outside TaskUnload's control.
