Privacy matters.
Effective September 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how TaskUnload LLC collects, uses and protects information when you use taskunload.com, submit a request, communicate with us, use My TaskUnload or receive services from TaskUnload.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use TaskUnload, we may collect your name, email address, business name, service-request details, project information, messages, approvals, files you choose to upload, account/session information, and operational information needed to perform the requested service. If payment processing is enabled, payment transactions are handled through the applicable payment provider; TaskUnload does not need customers to send full card information by email or ordinary forms.
How we use information
We use information to understand and route requests, recommend an appropriate service or scope, provide and manage services, communicate about projects, maintain My TaskUnload, protect accounts and systems, keep business records, improve operations, and comply with applicable obligations.
Service providers and business tools
TaskUnload may use third-party providers for website hosting, cloud storage, email delivery, payment processing, automation, analytics, artificial-intelligence-assisted workflows and other business operations. Information is shared with those providers only as reasonably needed for the applicable function and is also subject to their own privacy and security practices.
Files, account access and sensitive information
Do not send passwords through ordinary email or public website forms. When access to a customer system is required, TaskUnload prefers authorized methods such as invitations, delegated access, role-based access, OAuth connections, accountant/bookkeeper access, or secure file transfer. Customers should provide only the access reasonably needed for the agreed work.
Cookies, sessions and saved selections
TaskUnload may use browser storage, cookies or similar technologies to maintain authenticated sessions, preserve request selections, support security features and keep the customer experience from requiring repeated entry of the same information.
Website analytics
TaskUnload uses Google Analytics to understand website traffic, page usage and conversion activity. TaskUnload configures its analytics integration to avoid intentionally sending customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, Request IDs, payment-session identifiers or uploaded project content to Google Analytics. Analytics page locations are reduced to the page path rather than full customer-specific URLs.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain project and transaction records, protect the business and customers, resolve disputes, meet legal or accounting obligations, and support legitimate business operations. Retention periods may vary by information type.
Security
TaskUnload uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect customer information. No website, network or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so customers should also use appropriate account permissions and avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
Your choices
You may contact TaskUnload to ask questions about your information or request an appropriate correction or deletion, subject to records we may need to retain for legal, accounting, security, transaction or service purposes.
Policy updates
We may update this Privacy Policy as TaskUnload's services and systems evolve. The effective date shown on this page identifies the current posted version.
