Customers may cancel for a full refund before TaskUnload begins substantive work.

After substantive work begins

Once substantive work begins, payments are generally non-refundable because time, capacity and resources have been committed.

TaskUnload errors

If TaskUnload makes an error within the agreed scope, TaskUnload will first work to correct it at no additional charge. If TaskUnload materially fails to provide the purchased service, an appropriate remedy may be provided.
