Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of taskunload.com and general communications with TaskUnload LLC. Specific paid services may be subject to a separate proposal, statement of work, service agreement, engagement letter, or other written terms.
Services
TaskUnload may provide business consulting, administrative and professional support, technology and software solutions, business process automation, bookkeeping and accounting support, document preparation, notarial services where legally available, and other lawful business services.
No Professional Licensure Implied
TaskUnload does not represent itself as a certified public accounting firm, law firm, financial advisory firm, or other licensed professional practice unless expressly stated in writing and applicable licensing requirements have been satisfied. Notarial acts are performed only by properly commissioned notaries and only where legally permitted.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining appropriate access rights and permissions, reviewing business decisions, and complying with laws applicable to their own operations, customers, data, and communications.
Technology and Automation
Automated systems, third-party software, artificial intelligence tools, APIs, messaging networks, and other technology may occasionally be unavailable or produce errors. TaskUnload does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or a particular business outcome unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
Messaging
Where messaging services are used, clients are responsible for ensuring that recipients have provided any consent required by applicable law and platform rules. Recipients may opt out of SMS communications by replying STOP where supported.
Payment
Pricing, deposits, subscription fees, payment schedules, refunds, and cancellation terms for paid services will be stated in the applicable proposal or service agreement.
Intellectual Property
TaskUnload retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, templates, processes, know-how, and reusable materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client-specific deliverables and usage rights will be addressed in the applicable service agreement.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, TaskUnload will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or services. Additional limitations may apply under individual service agreements.
Changes
We may update these website terms from time to time. The effective date above will reflect the latest revision.
